Global Support
The Global Support Program,
supported
by the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), gives you a significant
advantage
over other businesses.
Services included in the Global Support Program are:
1. Global Health-Check:
Before starting the Global Support Program, the assigned Advisor
conducts a Global Health-Check to help you identify and prioritize areas
of need in your business. Latest tools and Best Practices are used to
help address an effective and efficient “Game Plan” to identify
resources and time requirements to address areas of concern to your
business.
2. Access over 5000 Experienced Global Business Professionals:
leverage over 5,000 experienced IIB Accredited Executives and
Specialists (Former CEOs, VPs and Managing Directors) to address
specific areas of your business. Leverage the IIB Network to create
your own “Virtual Board of Advisors”.
3. Hands-On Support:
The Global Support Program provides “hands-on” support by providing an
average of 4 half days per month to address the changing needs of your
business. (Some businesses require more time and others require less to
address their business issues.)
4. Access Global Opportunities:
Other IIB Associate Client-Business Owners have opportunities such as
the need of new suppliers, customers, partnering arrangements, buying or
selling a business, etc. on a global basis. Become an IIB Associate
client and have access a global network of opportunities in location
such as Eastern/Western Europe, Asia, North, Central and South America
and the Middle East.
The Global Support Program is not at all like traditional consulting.
Its real strength lies in the ability to establish an ongoing hands-on
relationship and leverage the large pool of expertise within the IIB
global network of over 5000 Global Sr. Executives that have run, sold,
and managed companies before.
NOTE: IIB Accreditation is only afforded to experienced senior business
professionals who meet the Institute's exacting standards: each
Associate must have appropriate professional qualifications, as well as
substantial executive experience of running a company at the director
level. Additionally, all Associates must keep up to date by
participating in the Institute’s continuous professional development
program.
